Main Cleaning Services

We offer a full range of domestic cleaning services, available as a one‑off, daily, weekly, fortnightly, or monthly (every 4 weeks) service. Our domestic cleaning will leave your home fresh, tidy, and beautifully maintained.

We know how valuable your time is, so let us take care of the hard work while you enjoy the things that matter most. Our services are affordable, and you’re welcome to set a time limit to stay within your budget while still meeting your cleaning needs.

For the first two cleans, we work closely with you to determine the time required to complete all tasks. With CCCGHM, you are only charged for the time we are on site. Our general cleaning service includes a tick‑and‑flick section on the job sheet outlining what is covered under this rate.

General Cleaning Includes:

• Kitchen: Bench tops, wiping under items, inside/outside microwave, sink and plug holes, surface clean of stove top and splashback, spot clean of cupboard fronts, floors

• Bathroom: Shower, bath, basin, mirrors, shelves, spot clean tiles, clean/shine taps and spouts, bleach/clean plug holes, floors

• Toilet: Inside/outside and behind toilet, floors

• Laundry: Wipe over sink, wipe over washing machine, floors

• General Areas: Vacuum all carpeted areas, mop hard floors, light dusting including window sills and fingerprints on light switches

• Optional Extras:
– Strip and remake beds ($18.60 per bed)
– Hang out or fold washing ($33.60 per visit)

Equipment & Products

Clients must provide a mop, mop bucket, and vacuum due to our allergy and hygiene policy. All other cleaning products are supplied unless you prefer your own, in which case you will need to provide them.
(We recommend tasselled mops for the best results.)

Important Note

If any tasks requested fall under the next service category or price bracket, the entire clean will be invoiced at that higher rate. Please enquire if you would like anything completed that is not listed above.

Our Spring/Deep cleaning services are booked as needed or can be booked as a 3, 6 or 12 month service. 

Our Spring Cleaning professionals are available to give your house that overall clean from top to the bottom. Bringing back that sparkle, leaving your home or office with that refreshed feeling.

We understand how precious time is to you, so let us do the hard work so you can enjoy your spare time to do what you want to do. We provide affordable cleaning, so you stay within your budget.

General cleaning can be added to this; however, Spring Clean prices will apply for the whole clean. Please ask if there are other jobs you would like done,but not included on here.

Jobs that are considered a Spring Clean are as follows:

• Oven inside and out

• Fridge cleaning

• Dishwasher cleaning

• Windows, window tracks, fly screens cleaning

• Dusting/cleaning of blinds

• Clean exhaust fans/vents

• Wipe over light shades

• Inside/outside cupboards

• Skirting boards

• De-webbing

You can set a time limit and if we need more time to complete the jobs, we will call you and get permission. General cleaning can be added to this but, Spring Clean prices will apply for the whole clean.

Please ask if there are other jobs you would like done but are not included on here.

NOTE: If a staff member arrives and the job requirement is not as discussed or is an End Of Lease or Sale Clean, you will be contacted by CCCGHM manager about your rate going up to an EOL rate.

Our EOL provides professional End of Lease and Bond Back cleaning services. With years of experience and thousands of successful cleans completed, our team has the knowledge and attention to detail needed to help you achieve the results you want. Whether it’s an end of lease or a sale clean, our cleaners will always do their best to ensure the property is left in excellent condition.

If any area we cleaned is missed during inspection, we will organise a re‑clean free of charge. This guarantee is valid for up to 4 days from the date of service. Please note: the property must have power and hot water available for us to complete the clean.

In addition to end of lease/sale cleaning, we also offer carpet cleaning and pest control at competitive rates (see below). Unlike many companies that charge a fixed price based on the number of bedrooms, we charge only for the time we are on site. You can choose from three flexible options:

Option 1: We complete the entire end of lease/sale clean.

Option 2: You select the tasks you want us to complete (tick the items in the “What We Do For Our End Of Lease” section). Our guarantee applies only to the tasks we perform.

Option 3: You work alongside us, we guide you using our experience to help you save money while ensuring everything required is completed.

If you request only certain duties, our guarantee applies solely to those tasks. Any additional cleaning required will be charged accordingly.

Additional End of Lease Tasks (may incur extra costs):

• Garage – swept and cobwebs removed
• Balcony – swept/mopped, door and door tracks cleaned
• Material blinds – vacuum and dust only (no washing or steam cleaning)
• Timber blinds – dry dust, vacuum, or wet wipe

• Exterior window cleaning (accessible areas only; no two‑storey/high‑set homes)

Important Note

If our staff arrive and the job requirements differ from what was discussed — or if the property requires an End of Lease or Sale Clean — a CCCGHM manager will contact, you to adjust the rate to the appropriate End of Lease pricing.
